How to Order from Merkato Pro: App, Telegram, Website or Phone
Order from Merkato Pro through the website, Android app, @MerkatoProBot on Telegram, or by calling +251 943 090 921. Have the product names, exact variants, quantities and your delivery or pickup preference ready.
Order on Telegram
- Open the official @MerkatoProBot and press Start.
- Describe the goods and quantities you need, including memory or connector details where relevant.
- Review the offered items, prices, delivery fees and fulfillment details.
- Confirm only after checking the complete order. Keep the confirmation for follow-up.
Order in the Android app or website
- Install Merkato Pro from the official Google Play listing, or open merkatopro.com.
- Sign in to your retailer account, or create an account if you are new.
- Browse current products, compare offers and choose quantities.
- Review the delivery address, supplier prices, per-good delivery fees, payment terms and total before confirming.
- Use your order history to follow the order status.
Order by phone
Call +251 943 090 921 with your buying list. State the exact model or accessory specification and quantity, then confirm availability, the total and fulfillment arrangements. For collection, ask for directions to Dire Building in Merkato before travelling.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Addis Ababa. For retailers outside Addis Ababa, collection and sending the order incur an additional fee. Contact us to confirm the destination, transport arrangement, timing and quote.
How much is delivery, and is pickup free?
Each good has a separately shown delivery fee alongside its supplier price. Review the fees and full total for your order rather than assuming one flat delivery fee. Pickup is free for Addis Ababa retailers; confirm where and when to collect.
How can I pay?
Cash and transfers through most banks are accepted. Confirm the receiving bank details, amount and payment reference through Merkato Pro before sending funds. Available payment terms and credit limits may differ by account and offer.
Can I return goods or buy on credit?
Return requests are reviewed under the current terms and may require quantity and condition checks. Report a problem promptly and keep your order record. Credit eligibility, limits and due dates are account-specific; review the terms available to your account before ordering.
Which website address should I use?
