About Merkato Pro
What Is Merkato Pro? Wholesale Phones and Accessories from Merkato
Merkato Pro is a wholesale ordering platform based in Merkato, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It helps phone shops and retailers discover smartphones and accessories from Merkato suppliers, order stock and arrange delivery or pickup.
Who is Merkato Pro for?
The service is for retailers buying goods for resale, including phone shops that need to restock while keeping their own shop open. It also connects Merkato suppliers with retailers looking for their products.
What can you buy?
Explore phones and accessories in the current catalog. Use the product name, brand, photo and written description to identify an item. Samsung, Tecno and Honor are examples of brands to look for; the current catalog determines which models are offered.
For accessories, check the connector, supported charging specification and intended phone model. Stock changes, so review the current offer before ordering.
How does ordering work?
- Browse product details on the website, Android app or Telegram bot. Sign in where required to see current prices.
- Choose the exact products and quantities, then review the supplier price and each good's separately shown delivery fee.
- Confirm your order and the delivery address or pickup arrangement.
- Check the goods against your order when they arrive or when you collect them.
Delivery, pickup and prices
Merkato Pro delivers across Addis Ababa. Retailers outside Addis Ababa can ask for goods to be collected and sent to them for an additional fee; confirm the destination, transport arrangement and full charge before ordering.
Pickup is free for Addis Ababa retailers. Confirm the collection details at Dire Building in Merkato before travelling. Product listings show supplier prices and a separate delivery fee for each good; review the full order total. Cash and transfers through most banks are accepted. Confirm the bank details and payment reference through your order channel.
Two website addresses, one Merkato Pro
merkatopro.com is the main website. The earlier merkato-pro.com address also works and directs public pages to the main address. Use either to reach the business, and share the merkatopro.com link when sending a product or guide to another retailer.
Check the terms that apply to your order
Credit eligibility, limits and due dates are specific to each account. Returns are reviewed under the current conditions; a product's brand or IMEI alone does not promise an unconditional return. Confirm any important condition before purchasing.
